I’m Anna, glad you’re here! Growing in Jesus is a site dedicated to helping women grow in their faith in Jesus Christ.
The Bible is the inspired Word of God (2 Timothy 3:14-17), and Jesus Himself is the Living Word of God (John 1:1, John 1:14). As believers in Jesus, understanding, believing, and living out the principles of the Bible is how we grow spiritually – and God Himself will help and empower us in this. God has promised that whatever time and energy we spend growing in Jesus will reward us now and in eternity, so let us give ourselves continually to this task and honor our Savior, Jesus, with all our heart, soul, mind and strength!

As stated previously, this ministry is intended to teach other women Biblical truth and encourage them in their faith in Jesus Christ. However, it is still necessary for Christians to gain Biblical instruction from a gifted and prepared Pastor-Teacher (the only exceptions are those who are themselves Pastor-Teachers). God has given the Church these men in order to help us grow and help prepare us for our own ministries (see Ephesians 4:11-13). See Pastor-Teachers and Women Gifted in Teaching for more information.
