Anger Begets More Anger

Today I went to MOPs — (that’s Mothers of Preschoolers, a place where mothers gather with childcare provided! Yippie!, get to know each other, and listen to a speaker.) Today’s speaker talked about ANGER and it’s role in motherhood. The speaker talked about the many ways we attempt to validate our anger, as though the person we are angry at deserves it.
